I have been a couple of times at the Diamond Beach in the south of Iceland. Every time the light, the weather and the scenery is different. The shot above was taken on a cloudy day with the sun peaking through a hole in the clouds allowing for a pretty mystic shot.
These two shots were taken the day before. One may think that the shots were taken at sunset. Actually there were taken at noon. In January the sun in Iceland only goes up that much, just perfect to make the ice shine.
